Q. How is sales tax calculated for my order?
A. It is very important that your order is processed correctly.
We are required to collect tax on orders shipped to Illinois addresses.
Please note that onscreen total reflects estimated tax. The actual charge
to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes
calculated at the time your order is shipped. |

Q. What are my shipping options?
A. We offer both standard and express delivery:
Standard - Following credit card authorization and verification
of information, you will receive your order within 2-5 business days.
Express - If you need something right away, we can ship it to you overnight
at an additional charge. For weekday overnight delivery (excluding Saturday delivery),
orders must be received by 4pm CDT, and credit card authorization and verification
must be obtained. Refer to the Express Shipping Table for additional applicable charges. All overnight
deliveries are handled by UPS and may require a signature for delivery. This service
is available to US continental addresses only. PO Boxes are not eligible for express
delivery. |

Estimating Delivery Dates |
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please
note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to
processing.
- We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 4 PM CT for next business day delivery.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays.
- United States Postal Service deliveries occur Monday through Saturday,
excluding holidays.

Order Status and Tracking |
Q. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
A. You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and
provided us with a valid e-mail address. The e-mails will originate from
customerservice@newprospects.com. Please be sure to check your spam folder if
you have tight e-mail security controls.
The first e-mail confirms that your order has been received and is being
processed; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
The second e-mail confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will
be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following authorization
of your credit card and verification of your information.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. Find the tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your
order has been shipped. Use that number at either www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com to check
the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears
on the carrier's web site. USPS does not provide tracking on priority shipping, only
confimation of delivery.
If your order appears late, remember:
Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
Overnight orders placed after 4pm CDT are processed the following day.
Express delivery only occurs on business days (Monday through Fridays, excluding Holidays).
United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday.
Q. What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
A. Although we make every effort to maintain current inventory and sizes to satisfy
our customers, occasionally we sell out of certain items before the website is updated.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll e-mail you with a backorder notification,
which tells when you can expect to receive the item. If we are permanently out of stock
on an item that you've ordered, we'll notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be
reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation. Please call 1-847-823-2793 anytime
with any questions about out-of-stock items and possible alternatives. |
Pricing Policies |
New Prospects offers quality merchandise at fair,
competitive boutique prices. In general, website prices will reflect
store prices. However, there may be some exceptions. Prices and sales
are subject to change without notice.
New Prospects does not make price adjustments on sale or clearance merchandise.

Returns and Exchanges |
Q. What is New Prospect’s return and exchange policy?
A. We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right,
let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise.
We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd
rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. NewProspects.com can only except
returns and exchanges via mail. All manufacturer and store tags must be attached
to clothing items or shoes/boots in original box(es). Returns on regular priced
merchandise are accepted up to 14 days from merchandise receipt date. After 14 days,
a store credit will be issued. An exception is made during the holiday season-just
let us know if items are holiday gifts. Sale merchandise and items reduced 50% are
eligbile for store credit only.
For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original packing slip and
store receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below.
All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be credited for the price
paid. We will apply any credit upon receipt of the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing
cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Standard Shipping
based on merchandise total and your return no longer qualifies for the Free Standard Shipping,
a flat rate of $11.95 will be deducted from the total. Express shipping charges are not refundable.
For exchanges: Call us or email us right away so we can secure and hold the new
merchandise for you. Include your packing slip and receipt along with your merchandise
in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We will process your
exchange as soon as we receive your package.
Easy exchange: Return merchandise with the original packing slip and receipt to
the address below. You may reserve your new merchandise by calling 1-847-823-2793
or send us an e-mail. In-stock items will be shipped at no charge for standard
shipping and handling.

Q. What if I lost my receipt?
A.Sorry, but we cannot allow you to return merchandise without your packing
slip and receipt or missing manufacturer and store tags or original boxes.
Things to keep in mind...
Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
Although we may credit your account within 24 hours, please allow 3 weeks from the day
you return your package for your bank to process the account to be credited.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns With An Original Receipt:
- A refund on regular priced merchandise in the original form of payment will be issued
for unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. All manufacturer and store tags must be
attached to items or in original box(es). Returns on regular priced merchandise are
accepted up to 14 days from merchandise receipt date. After 14 days, a store credit
will be issued.
- Packing slip and receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. REMINDER:
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Returns With a Gift Receipt or Even Exchange Receipt:
- A gift receipt or even exchange receipt serves as documentation of the purchase price
only.
- A merchandise exchange or merchandise certificate will be offered for unwashed,
unworn or defective merchandise for the price paid.
- Merchandise certificates of $5.00 or more will be issued by mail.
- Merchandise certificates are non-transferable.
- Packing slip and receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and to receive
and redeem merchandise.
Giftcards, Merchandise Certificates and Gift Certificates:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be applied as payment on any account.
- A new merchandise certificate will be issued for the remaining balance
of a merchandise certificate, unless the remaining balance is less than $5.00.
- Merchandise certificates are non-transferable.
- Packing slip and receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and to receive
and redeem merchandise certificates.
Q. What gift wrap/box services do you offer?
A. NewProspects.com offers free gift wrapping. We will gift box your order
providing you let us in the note field at the time of purchase. Our gift box service
includes a white box with our signature logo sticker placed neatly in the corner.
The items will be wrapped in tissue inside of the box. Need a gift card? Let us know
and we will print your message on a gift card and include with the gift box.
Q. Will you ship to different locations?
A. Yes, we realize as you are purchasing online gifts, that it's more
convenient to have us send the gift(s) for you. Whether we wrap or not, we can split
your purchases and send to alternate addresses. Please note that we will add $6 for each
additional shipping address in a single order.
